Ranui is a extremely PROUD BOSS! Our organisation took over the Manjimup Shire delivery of "Department of Transport & Licensing" services on the 16th of February. The training and transition of taking on such a technical service has been an extremely intense, and often overwhelming I SALUTE my full-time staff who deliver this service for their commitment, and consistent approach to "continual improvement"
Lead by my Reception Services Supervisor and Administration Officer: Jade Edwards Under her direct supervision: Krystal Carpanoni Megan Jones Clancy Utech Through-out this learning curve we receive error reports, for any transaction that had even the slightest issue..... MY DREAM TEAM HAD NO ERRORS for the first time this week, because they are a united and supportive team who learn from mistakes and understand my standard of contractual adherence and excellent customer service. MCRC Board of Management are shouting my ladies lunch to celebrate their wonderful achievement. Because at MCRC we take the "T" out on "CAN'T" because my exceptional staff "CAN" do anything and do so with a beautiful smile on their faces. LADIES I WISH I COULD DECLARE A PUBLIC HOLIDAY, as your boss is doing a "Feel good FRIDAY" happy dance due to overwhelming PRIDE. CONGRATULATIONS!
