Manjimup Community Resource Centre wishes to advise CENTRELINK customers Centrelink online accounts and Assisted Customer Claims are still unavailable. This continues to be under urgent investigation but will not be rectified until after the Easter long Weekend. Centrelink Express Plus mobile apps and Phone self service are still available and are not impacted.
Should you require assistance to report your earnings for benefit continuation my staff are able to report on your behalf if phone services are experiencing long delays. This limits the service my staff can deliver to our customers, I appreciate your patience as we are an agent only and are also affected by this service disruption. We wish you a Happy and Safe Easter, as we are also a Department of Transport agent we wish to stress the importance of road safety over the long weekend.
