Bob Taylor, pictured, is Northampton’s treasure and a self-confessed avid litter collector. Keep Australia Beautiful WA want to say thank you and recognise him as a litter legend in Western Australia. In 2017 Bob collected 485 litter bags of roadside rubbish! Bob is celebrating his 75th birthday on 25 January and has been picking up road side litter for 25 years. You can read more about his clean-up efforts here.

We are excited to say that Chelsea Basham, local country western singer, will be playing at the launch. Communities will be able to register for the awards from then, and project submissions will be due by June. There are seven awards, so now is a great time to consider what projects you could enter.
